Welcome to AML-EX, the platform for professional exchange in the fight against financial crime. Our community aims to create a respectful and constructive environment for experts in the field to expand their knowledge and collaborate.
The following behavioural guidelines have been developed to ensure that AML-EX remains a place of professional exchange characterised by respect, fairness and professionalism.
Guidelines

Please treat other members of AML-EX with respect and fairness, even if you disagree with them. Constructive discussions are welcome, but personal attacks or offensive remarks will not be tolerated and will be sanctioned accordingly.

The following behaviour is prohibited on AML-EX and may lead to immediate termination of membership:
- Spamming
- Insults or personal attacks
- Slander
- Disrespectful behaviour towards other members
- Publishing personal data of third parties without their consent
- Flirting or the use of sexualised language
- Racism, discrimination or hate speech of any kind
- Spreading false news or misleading information
- Dissemination of content that is not relevant to the professional exchange for the purpose of combating financial crime

In the event of violations of this Code of Conduct, members can report them. AML-EX reserves the right to take appropriate action, including termination of membership.
